4 Med Vidalia Onions
12 Saltine crackers, crumbled
1 Stick of butter
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 Eggs, beaten
1/2 to 3/4 C Milk
1 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Additional saltines for topping (6-12)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions in butter until transparent. Layer saltines crumbs in a 9 x 13 dish. Layer onions over crackers. Spoon undiluted soup over all. Pour eggs on top of soup. Add milk. Sprinkle cheese on top. Sprinkle additional crumbled crackers on top of cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
