2 2/3 C. Coarsely crushed pretzels
1 1/2 Stick Butter, melted
12 oz. Cream Cheese
1 1/4 C Sugar
1 Lg Pkg Frozen Strawberries, thawed
3/4 Carton of Cool Whip
1 Lg Pkg Strawberry Jell-O
2 C. Pineapple Juice

Directions:

Blend Cream Cheese and sugar, set aside.
Mix crushed pretzels and butter, press into 9 x 13 dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes then cool.

Spread cream cheese mixture over pretzels. Spread Cool Whip on top and chill.

Dissolve Jell-O in hot pineapple juice, add strawberries. Allow to set slightly then pour over Cool Whip layer. Refrigerate until well set.
