Olive oil
2 large carrots,
diced4 ribs celery
diced4 cloves garlic,
1 sweet onion, diced
4 cups vegetable stock
1 can whole tomatoes
1 large sweet potato, peeled and diced
1 can navy beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup elbow macaroni
1 sprig thyme
2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon each basil and parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In the multi cooker press the soup button.
Add olive oil, carrots, celery, garlic and onion.
Cook until soft.
Add the vegetable stock.
Add the tomatoes, sweet potato, noodles beans thyme, and bay leaves.
Simmer until sweet potatoes are cooked through, and the pasta is soft.
Garnish with fresh herbs and olive oil. Serve and enjoy!
