1/2 lb cooked lobster - finely chopped
6 T butter - softened
1 tsp minced onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 c chopped parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except parsley in a medium bowl.

Roll in plastic wrap and shape into a log.

Roll in parsley and serve with crackers or melba toast.
