1½ c. diced fresh mango
5 lg. garlic cloves
1½ inch ginger- peeled and roughly chopped
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne
2 tsp. smoked paprika
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 c olive oil
1/4 c soy sauce
4 med limes- zested and juiced
1 bunch cilantro
1 orange zest

Directions:
Directions:
Place first 7 ingredients in food processor on high until a puree is formed. Slowly add olive oil. Turn off and add soy sauce, lime juice and zest, honey, cilantro and orange zest.

Add to peeled and deveined shrimp, marinate for 3-4 hours in refrigerator. Kabob and grill shrimp.
