4-6 pork or chicken cutlets pounded to ¼ inch thickness
1 egg, beaten
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
½ cup oil or butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium carrot, chopped
1 medium potato, chopped
2¼ cups water
S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix 92g 1 pack

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil or butter in a medium temperature skillet. Dredge cutlets in egg and then the panko. Cook 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (for chicken as the pork can be a bit pink inside).

Stir fry vegetables with 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet on medium heat for approx. 5 min.
Add water and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender, approx. 15min.

Turn the heat off, break S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir until sauce mixes are completely melted. Add more water until desired thickness. Simmer approx. 5 min., stirring constantly.

Serve hot over rice or noodles.
