Fresh Brussels Sprouts
Olive Oil
Bacon
Candied Pecans
Balsamic Vinegar

Put the vinegar in a sauce pan. Reduce for 25-30 minutes, until desired thickness.

Clean and halve Brussels Sprouts. Place into a plastic bag with olive oil. Pour out onto prepared baking tray. Roast in 425* oven for 25 minutes.

Slice bacon into 1/4 slices, fry until crisp. Add in Brussels sprouts and sauté until desired doness.

Add candied pecans. Transfer to bowl. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar reduction.
