Ingredients:
1 bunch chopped flat leaf parsley
2 TBS finely chopped rosemary
⅓ Cup chopped chives or green onion
2 Cloves Garlic
2 TBS Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic Salt
4 TBS Softened Butter
Olive Oil

This is a hard recipe to write because it is never exact. When adding the garlic salt be careful not to add too much. You do not want it to be too salty.

Stir all ingredients together and slather on the meat.

This is enough for a 4 bone rib boast.

Cook the roast for 15 minutes at 450°F then reduce the temperature to 325°F. Continue to cook the roast until your meat thermometer reads 120°F. Estimate about 15 minutes per pound, however, start reading the temperature after about an hour.
