Mushroom Caps, Cleaned
1 T. Butter
1 t. Worstachire Sauce
Seasoning Salt, to taste


3/4 Block of Cream Cheese
2 t. Deviled Ham
1 Italian Sausage, cooked, minced.
1T. Water Chestnuts, minced
Garlic Powder, to taste

Toasted Italian Breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté mushroom caps in butter, when the moisture comes out, season with seasoning salt, add the worstachire sauce and brown. Set aside on paper towels to absorb any liquid.

Make the filling:
Put the cream cheese in a bowl. Add the deviled ham, Italian sausage, water chestnuts and season to taste with the garlic powder.

Fill the caps, place onto foil lined baking tray. Broil until warm and bubbly.

Top with toasted breadcrumbs. Serve.
