4 loin veal chops
3/4 c. flour
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
12 dried sage leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. dry white wine
2 tbsp. butter
black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in heavy skillet. Coat chops with flour. Place chops and sage in the hot oil. Cook about 8 or 10 minutes, turning chops 2 or 3 times to cook evenly. Remove to a warm platter and add salt and pepper. Drain most of fat from skillet. Add wine and turn heat to high, scraping residues from pan. When sauce has thickened, turn heat down and add butter. Pour sauce over chops and serve.
