1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2 large)
1 15.5-oz. can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 15.5-oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can Ro-Tel, undrained
1 11-oz. can of corn (or 1 pint freezer corn), undrained
1½ tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 pkg. ranch seasoning
8 oz. cream cheese, cubed

Grease crockpot crock. Place chicken in bottom. Add all other ingredients. Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 3-4 hours. Stir occasionally. Remove chicken when cooked and shred. Serve with crushed tortilla chips on top if desired.
