1 T. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. dried sage
1 tsp. thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the gravy packet from inside the turkey breast (if applicable). Apple the olive oil to the outside of the turkey breast. Season the turkey with the poultry seasoning, sage, thyme, salt and pepper. Add the chicken broth, garlic and Bouillon Chicken Flavor to the pot. Place the trivet inside the Instant Pot. Add the turkey and the onion to the pot. You can choose to slice the onion or use it whole. Seal the pot and cook on High > Manual Pressure Cooking for 30 minutes. When the pot indicates it has finished allow the steam to release naturally for 15 minutes. Ensure the turkey reaches an internal temperature of at least 165º. Use a meat thermometer. Remove the turkey and allow it to rest at least 15 minutes prior to slicing.

Gravy:
Leave the turkey drippings and broth in the Instant Pot. Turn the Instant Pot on the sauté’ function. Use the High option. Add the tablespoon of butter. When the butter has melted add the flour. Whisk until the gravy becomes thick. For thicker gravy add additional flour.
