2 servings chicken broth
6 cloves of garlic chopped fine
a scant tsp. of red pepper flakes
a scant tsp. of black pepper

make a chicken broth, home made or otherwise
saute all the garlic slowly so as not to brown
add the chicken broth and all spices and heat till simmering
serve in a large mug
