4 Idaho potatoes, baked.
3. T. butter melted
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. Monterey jack cheese
4 slices cooked bacon, cooked and crumbled
salt, paprika, garlic powder to taste

sour cream to put on top at the end.

Directions:
Directions:
Cut baked potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out insides and serve as mashed potatoes. Cut potato in one half again lengthwise.

On baking sheet, brush skins with butter, load with cheeses and sprinkle bacon on top. Add salt, paprika, and garlic powder. Broil 15 mintes. Serve with sour cream.
