2. t. white vinegar
1-1/2 t. lemon juice
1-1/2 t. onion juice or grated onion
1-1/2 t. sugar
1-1/2 t. Dijon mustard
1/4 t. dry mustard
1 c. mayo
2 T. chopped fresh parsley
1 hard cooked egg, diced
salt to taste

Salad - 14 oz. each of Ham, turkey and swiss cheese cut into 1/4 in strips from deli counter. 1/2 cup slivered sweet pickles, and 1 head of Iceberg lettuce, finely shredded.

Combine vinegar, lemon juice, onion juice, sugar, Dijon mustard, dry mustard and stir to dissolve the sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Combine ham, turkey, cheese and pickles together in a large bowl. Toss together with the dressing. Divide lettuce among plates. top with salad fixings and garnish each plate with 2 olives.
