Ingredients:  
1 stick shredded butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1 puff pastry dough
1 egg white
1 egg yolk

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out puff pastry dough set aside.
Shred butter (with grater) and mix in nuts, flour, sugar ( not the egg yolk or egg white) .
Baste the dough with egg white.
Put mixture on it and roll up, baste it with egg yolk.
Bake at 375º for 35-40 minutes until browned on top.
Cut into slices.
