2 C. fresh broccoli or 1-10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained.
1/2 t. onion powder
1/8 t. garlic
1/8 t. pepper
1/2 t. lemon juice
1/4 t. salt
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. heavy cream or 1 c. evaporated low-fat milk (as a low-fat substitute)

Directions:

Combine broccoli, seasonings, and broth. Cook on HI power 5 mins stirring once. Stir in cream and lemon juice. Simmer.
