1 cup bean sprouts
1 tbsp Chinese flavoring powder
4 eggs
2 tbsp chopped green onions
1 tbsp chopped dried mushrooms
1 tbsp finely chopped water chestnuts
1 cup chopped seafood or other cooked meat
salt & pepper to taste

for sauce:
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp Chinese flavoring powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs lightly with fork and stir in rest of ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Put plenty of oil in skillet and pour in mixture
Fry like an omelet.

Before serving, make sauce
Heat broth and add rest of ingredients.
Thicken to gravy consistency with corn starceh mixed in cold watr
