1pkg Medium egg noodles (approx 4 cups)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c frozen peas
½ c milk
2 can (approx 5 oz each) tuna

2 T dry bread crumbs
1 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the egg noodles as instructed on package. Drain and add all remaining ingredients in pan. Stir and continue cooking until heated through.

Optional: Pour into casserole dish and top with mixed bread crumbs and melted butter. Bake for 20 minutes at 400º.

This was served almost every Saturday without fail along with cottage cheese. Saturday was grocery shopping day and something needed to be on the table when Dad came home for lunch. This was always quick and easy to prepare. Dad always complained when she made this though because he loved it and would eat too much. Then he was miserable all afternoon from doing so.
