1 Cup Sugar or Sugar Free Substitute
1 Cup Brown Sugar or Sugar Free Brown Substitute
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
3 Large Eggs, beaten
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
3 Tablespoons Melted Butter
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1/2 Teaspoon Maple Extract
1/2 Teaspoon Pecan Extract
1 Deep Dish Pie Crust
1 1/2 Cups Crushed Roasted Pecans ( Roast about 6 - 8 minutes in pan on 400 degrees in oven.)

Form bottom of pie crust with fork. Pour pecans in pie crust. In a large bowl mix up wet ingredients. Add brown and white sugar and salt mixture together well. Mix mixture well. Put pie crust on pan to cook. Pour mixture into pie crust. Smooth out. Put crust protesters on pie. Place pie which has been placed on pan in oven and bake for 10 minutes on 425 degrees. Turn down oven to 325 degrees to bake pie. Continue to bake about one hour. Take pie crust protector off pie halfway until done. Remove from oven and cool for 4 - 5 hours.
