Mix. Roll thin, then roll up like a jelly roll and cut thin. Spread out on table to dry.

Funny story. Mom spent and entire day making noodles one Saturday and had every flat surface covered with noodles drying. We had a German shepherd at the time that had figured out how to get into the house. Mom ran to the bank and when she got home, the dog had gotten in the house and eaten every single noodle she had out drying. Needless to say, Mom was not happy and I'm sure the dog had a very heavy tummy.
