3 Cups Cooked Rice
1 Stick Butter, soften
1 Small Can Pet Evaporated Milk
2 Eggs, beaten together
1 Cup Sugar or Sugar Free Substitute
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon Lemon Extract
Pinch Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon Extract
1 Teaspoon Orange Extract

If Sugar Free Substitute was used, use 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla.

Directions:
Prepare rice according to package. Add to large bowl let cool. Add other ingredients except blended eggs. Stir all together and taste. Add more sugar as needed. Stir eggs in mixture. Pour mixture into well greased baking bowl. Bake in 375 degrees until middle of stuck in toothpick comes out clean. (About 30 - 40 minute)
