1 cup margarine
2 cups sugar
¼ cup cocoa
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1½ cups flour
½ lb. coconut (or less)
1½ cups chopped pecans
1 jar marshmallow creme

Icing:
½ cup margarine
½ cup cocoa
3-4 cups icing sugar
½ cup evaporated milk
½ tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat margarine, sugar and cocoa on medium speed until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well, then add flour, coconut and pecans. Beat well. Bake 350º for 30 minutes in a greased 9" x 13" pan until done. Pour marshmallow creme on top while hot. Frost when cool with icing. For icing melt margarine and cocoa in saucepan on low heat. Cool, add icing sugar, evaporated milk and vanilla. Beat well. Frost bars.
