2 cups flour
1¼ cups sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
½ cup cocoa
½ cup oil
2 tsp. vanilla
½ cup walnuts (optional)
2 cups shredded zucchini
Directions:

Mix altogether and spread on an 11" x 5" cookie sheet. Bake for 18 - 20 minutes at 350º.
