Snickerdoodle Cobbler Recipe

6 Tbs butter
1 1/2 C self-rising flour
1 1/2 C sugar
3/4 C milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 Tbs cinnamon
1 1/2 C light brown sugar
1 1/2 C hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Melt butter in 9x13 inch pan.

In medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir to combine, but do not over-mix. Pour over melted butter. Sprinkle brown sugar over top of batter. Carefully pour hot water over butter and batter. Do not stir.

Cook 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
