16 oz. Oreo cookies, crushed in food processor
1 stick butter (the real stuff!)
½ gallon favorite ice cream*
Toppings: peanuts, mimi M&M's, coconut
1-2 jars Smuckers hot fudge sauce

*Good ice cream selections: chocolate chip, mint chocolate chip, cookies and cream, coffee

Grease a 13"x9" glass pan. Remove ice cream from freezer to soften.

Combine crushed Oreos with melted butter. Layer cookie mixture evenly in bottom of pan and press with spoon.

Add softened ice cream and and spread evenly over the crust. Press in peanuts and any other desired toppings. Put pan in freezer and let it harden for at least 30 minutes.

To soften the hot fudge, heat in microwave for 90 seconds (at 70% power). Pour hot fudge over the ice cream and spread. Put in freezer until frozen (1-2 hours).

Remove from freezer and let soften for 5-10 minutes before serving.
