1 c. Alaskan smoked salmon
1 small onion, chopped fine
2 Tb. sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 clove garlic, finely minced
pepper or Louisiana hot sauce, to taste
mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Shred the smoked salmon. Add onion, relish, and Worcestershire sauce.

Blend in cream cheese, garlic, pepper, and enough mayo to give desired consistency.

Serve with crackers or chips.
