10 oz zoodles
Olive oil
Sea salt
8 oz halibut
4 slices lemon
3 T pesto

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 400º
Drizzle zoodles with olive oil and add s & p. Sheet pan and roast 15 min.
Remove pan and stir. Add filets to the pan, drizzle with olive oil. Add s & p and lay lemon slices on each filet.
Roast 10-12 min.
Dab pesto over zoodles and toss to coat. Divide 2 pasta bowls with more pesto if needed. Add fish.
