4-5 lb Chicken
1 stick Butter, cut into slices
1 Lemon, quartered
Lemon Pepper seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Add roasting rack to slow cooker. Add chicken. Place butter slices under chicken skin. Add lemons to chicken cavity. Cover chicken generously with seasoning. Cook on low for 6-7 hours. Check temp after 4 hours. Once chicken reaches 165 degrees internal temperature, it is ready to serve.
