1 Quart Chicken Stock
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 envelope Country Gravy Mix
6 potatoes, diced
1 can Evaporated Milk
4T Cornstarch
4T Water

Directions:
Directions:
Add chicken stock, soup and gravy mix to slow cooker. Mix to dissolve. Add diced potatoes. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

30 minutes before serving add evaporated milk. Thicken with cornstarch/water slurry. Allow to cook for 30 more minutes.
