6 Russet Potatoes, large
Carrots
32 oz Chicken Broth
Small container Heavy Cream
8 oz Shredded Cheese
1 can Cream of Onion Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Dice potatoes and carrots. Boil in chicken broth until tender. Add soup. Whisk to combine. Add cream. When heated through, add cheese. Combine and warm until cheese is melted.
