4oz chicken livers
1 large onion
2 hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp. chicken fat (can be bought in kosher butchers) or Tomor margarine
salt and pepper

Directions:

Peel and finely chop onions and fry in fat until lightly brown. Add liver cut thin and cook until tender. Hard boil the eggs.

Mince all the above together and add enough fat left in frying pan to make the mixture moist and season to taste.
