1 lb ground ham
1 1/2 lb ground fresh pork
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 TBSP grated onion
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Sauce
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c vinegar
1/2 tsp dried vinegar

Directions:

1. mix all the ball ingredients together and shape into an oval ball.
2. pour sauce mixture over and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Turn them 1/2 the way through.

* It is really hard to find someone who will grind ham.** I would suggest getting your own at home meat grinder.
