2 cans minced clams
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup finely chopped celery
2 cups diced potatoes
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup flour
1 qt half&half
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1.Drain juice from clams and pour over vegetables in sauce pan.
2.Add enough water to cover and simmer until potatoes are tender
3.Melt butter, add flour and blend
4.Cook for 1-2 minutes to cook out raw flour taste.
5.Add cream and stir with wire wished.
6.Add undrained veggies and clams
7.cook for 35-40 minutes or until all veggies are tender
