1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 T. taco seasoning mix
1 can Rotel tomatoes (undrained)
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
1 cup frozen corn
1 can black beans (undrained)
Chili Cheese Fritos
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion. Stir in taco seasoning mix, tomatoes, tomato sauce and corn. Bring to a boil; reduce to medium heat & cook for 10 - 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in beans; return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes. Spoon into individual serving bowls and sprinkle w/ Fritos and cheese.
