2 Cups Self Rising Corn Meal
1 Tablespoon Sugar
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Cups Hot Boiling Water (Add more if needed.)
1/4 Cup Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except boiling hot water & oil in a bowl. Mix all together. Add 2 cups of boiling water to bowl. Add a little more hot boiling water if needed. Stir batter together well. Batter should be heavy enough to fit in large spoon. Add about 1/4 cup oil to skillet. Heat skillet to medium heat. Place about 3 tablespoons of batter in heated skillet. Let fry slowly until brown on both sides. Keep flipping bread until bread is done inside. Remove from skillet after they are golden brown. Put bread on wire rack. Continue cooking other batter.
