Caramel:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup light corn syrup

Dough:
1 cup warm water
3/4 cup half and half
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 Tbls. yeast
1/2 Tbls salt
2eggs
5-6 cups bread flour

Filling:
6 Tbls butter, melted
2/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup white sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9x13 pan. IN a small saucepan, bring brown sugar, butter and corn syrup to a boil. Pour into bottom of pan.

In mixer, mix together water, half & half, sugar, melted butter and yeast. Let sit for 15 minutes. Add in salt and eggs. Mix until combined. Add in bread flour a little at a time until dough comes together and isn't sticky. Knead in mixer for 10 minutes. Let sit for additional 10 minutes.

Prepare filling by mixing together melted butter, brown sugar, sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.

Roll dough into a 12x16 rectangle. Spread filling over top and roll up. Cut into 12 large slices. Place in prepared pan. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes until golden brown.
