1 (16 oz.) carton - 1% cottage cheese
½ c. - egg substitute
¼ c. - Parmesan cheese, grated
2 T. - Italian seasoning
2 T. - fresh parsley, minced
1 tsp. - oregano, dried
½ tsp. - basil, dried
½ tsp. - thyme, dried
¼ tsp. - garlic powder
1 (8 oz.) pkg. - imitation crabmeat, flaked
12 - lasagna noodles, cooked & drained
2 (8 oz.) cans - no-salt-added tomato sauce

In a bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Add crab; mix well. Place about 1/3 cup on each noodle; roll up. Place seam side down in a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Top with tomato sauce. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until heated through. Makes 6 servings.
