romaine lettuce
purple cabbage
fresh papaya
avocado
pineapple
canned Mandarin oranges
pea pods
red onion
cashews

Slice papaya, avocado, and pineapple. Set aside papaya seeds.

Arrange all ingredients on a large platter.

Sprinkle cashews on top. Serve with dressing.

1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tb. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tb. chopped red onion
1 heaping Tb. papaya seeds

Blend ingredients in a blender.
