12 C shredder green cabbage
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped (Optional)
1 medium red onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 C sugar
3 t sugar
1 1/2 t dry mustard
1/1/2 t celery seed
1/1/2 t salt
1 C vinegar
3/4 C vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the vegetables and sprinkle with 1 cup of sugar
Combine remaining 2 t sugar and all remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and pour over vegetables.
Stir to coat vegetables well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Serve Cold.
