1 cup of washed spinach or kale
1 cup of pineapple (fresh or canned)
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 cup of ice
1 banana
1 cup of 100% apple juice or peeled apple

Directions:

Blend all ingredients into Vitamix or High Speed Blender on High until smooth and well blended.

Play with the ingredients as you find the flavors you enjoy best! Add more banana, less cinnamon, etc.

Try out different dynamics for the easiest fruit smoothie to start your morning!

Suggestions for add-ins:
* Scoop of vanilla or non-flavored protein or supplement powder (if you're looking for an extra boost)
* Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
* Blueberries
* Mangoes
