3/4 lb. ground beef
2 slices bread, torn into pieces
2/3 c. almond milk (or another pareve alternative milk)
1 egg, beaten
2 Tb. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1½ tsp. vegetarian (no fish) Worcestershire sauce
ketchup

Directions:

Mix all ingredients.

Shape into 2 loaves in baking pan. Spread ketchup over top.

Bake 1 hour, or until done.

This recipe is from Mom (Bubbe). When I was growing up, this was the meat loaf she always made. I have made a few tweaks to her original recipe for kashrus.
