6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tb. butter, melted
powdered sugar
1 lemon, cut into wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ºF.

Place the eggs, milk, flour, and salt in a blender. Cover and process until smooth. (Alternatively, you can combine in a bowl and beat until smooth.)

Pour the butter into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2" baking dish or into two pie pans. Add the pancake batter.

Bake uncovered for 20-22 minutes.

Dust pancake with powdered sugar. Serve immediately.

Garnish with lemons or you can make a lemon butter.

This recipe reminds me of Minneapolis. Julie Litfin and I used to go to a restaurant to get these.
