4 salmon filets, 1/2" thick
1 Tb. dark brown sugar
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1 tsp. Tamari sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
slices of fresh ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Position oven rack to highest position (about 6 inches away from heating element). Preheat oven to Broil setting.

Coat a baking dish with cooking spray.

Mix sugar, mustard, Tamari, and ginger in a small bowl. Make shallow cuts diagonally across the filets.

Brush salmon with glaze. Broil for 5 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
