8 to 10 Lb Boston Butt (Pork Shoulder)
4 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Cup Molasses
1 Cup Daddy B's Pork Rub

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine Molasses and Dijon mustard and coat Boston Butt
2. Apply Daddy B's Pork Rub
3. Smoke at 225º for 6 to 8 hours until meat reaches 165º, then Double Wrap tightly in
foil and replace on Grill.
4. Continue cooking until meat reaches 195º.
5. Remove from Grill and let rest for 2 hours.
6. Pull Pork or Slice and Serve with Daddy B's BBQ Sauce

I use a RECTEC grill and Use a Smoke Tube with wood chips for additional smoke for the start of smoking. Hickory or Mesquite Chips are favorite.
