1/2 lb. spaghetti
1/4 c. Tamari sauce
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter (softened in microwave 15 seconds)
2 Tb. apple cider or rice vinegar
1 Tb. dark/toasted sesame oil
2 Tb. hot sauce or sriracha
2 c. shredded cabbage & carrot mix
1 c. either bean sprouts or pea shoots
3 scallions, diagonal chop
sesame seeds

Cook pasta al dente, then cold shock to stop cooking process. Drain well.

In the bottom of a large bowl, whisk together Tamari sauce, peanut butter, vinegar, oil, and hot sauce.

Add noodles and veggies and toss.

Sprinkle scallions and sesame seeds throughout.
