2 lbs. Ground Beef
1/2 c. Onions, chopped
2 T. Flour
2 T. Chili Powder
1 - 16 oz. can Stewed Tomatos
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 c. Cheese, Longhorn or Cheddar, grated
1 - 15 oz. can Chili Beans
1 - 28 oz. can Red Enchilada Sauce [or 2 - 15 oz. cans]
1 - 8 oz. pkg Corn Chips [Fritos or similar]
Salt & Pepper to taste

Brown Ground Beef and Onions in large skillet, add Flour and Chili Powder, mix well. Add Tomatos [if pieces are large break them up], cook until mixture thickens, add Garlic Powder and 1 cup Cheese, stir to melt. Add Chili Beans and 1/2 of Enchilada Sauce, stir and simmer. Grease 13” X 9” baking pan. Crush Chips and put 1/2 in a layer in the pan, evenly spread Ground Beef mixture, add remaining Chips, pour remaining Sauce over and top with remaining Cheese. Bake at 325º 30 minutes or until bubbly.
