Notes: - Ive added a personal size of applesauce before to help combine and used less chicken broth and it turned out as well MOM VARIATION: I prepare 2 boxes of jiffy cornbread. I cook 6 strips of of bacon set aside then cook the apples and onion in the drippings. Crumble the cornbread into the apples and onions. Add the bacon back in. Add the 2/3 cup Knorr chicken broth and mix it with 2 tablespoons of apple juice concentrate before mixing it together. I will then drizzle the 2 tbsp of butter on top of the cornbread mixture and bake until the top is brown.
