6 egg whites
6 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
choice of flavoring


Vanilla flavor - 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Coffee flavor - 1 Tb. coffee dissolved in a few drops of water
Banana flavor - mashed banana

Directions:
Directions:
Whip egg whites with a little bit of sugar. Set aside.

Combine yolks and sugar. Mix. Add flavoring. Mix. Fold whites into egg yolk mixture. (Do not over mix.)

Freeze.

*Recipe doesn't work with pasteurized eggs.
