Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe comes from Norma's, which was a small chain of cafés in Pensacola. Norma has since passed away and her restaurants have closed. (The other Norma's recipe I've included for you is her Poppyseed Bread with Strawberry Cream Cheese.)

This is absolutely the best bread pudding I have ever had tasted. It's unique because of the coconut and I also like it because of no raisins! At the restaurant it was fun to choose which sauce you would have. They are all delicious, but I especially like the amaretto followed by the bourbon whiskey. If I were serving this to a group, I would try to have at least two of the sauces because choosing which one you want is part of the fun.
